Project Management
As we adhere to quality management, we are always keen to recruit hi-tech project managers. Our project managers are the main backbone of our integrated service cycle. They are well trained to manage their assigned task from the client point of view, which guarantees a timely delivery of a high quality solution/product.

They work mainly with the clients to translate their business needs into the design and implementation of an optimum solution and underlying IT infrastructure, covering all elements of the clients' operation environment.

Every stage of our service cycle has its own facets and milestones that are controlled through quality checklists to guarantee quality product/solution analysis, design, development, production and delivery. In order to help each member of our staff perfectly play his role, an internal operation guide is available so that it would be easy for the project manager to easily identify who did what and what. This would help us trace any error at any project stage and take corrective and preventive procedures.
